How we separate published from quote-only
- Published anchor: a vendor pricing page shows a starting price. We use it verbatim with a
[s-id]chip. - Third-party guidance: Gartner, G2, Capterra, or Panorama range data, with the source linked. We do not present this as a vendor quote.
- Quote only: we say so. We do not invent a midpoint.
- Implementation bands: sourced to Panorama Consulting's ERP/WMS report mid-band.
- Hardware list prices: Zebra and Honeywell published list, captured per the dates below.

Cadence
Vendor pricing pages are re-captured monthly. Panorama and Gartner reports are re-pulled on publication. Hardware list prices are re-verified quarterly. The site banner shows the last verified date for the whole corpus. Material vendor moves (acquisitions, repricing, edition retirement) trigger an out-of-band refresh.
